Contest - Free Length - "A Single Soul"

Title: A Single Soul
Rating: PG
Genre: General
Characters/Pairings: Spain, South Italy, Belgium
Summary: A day in the life of the Tomato Trio & their friendship with one another; be it begrudgingly or mutual.
Words: 881
Notes: Foreign words have been italicized, I don't speak any of these languages; except I'm about grade school knowledgeable as far as Spanish, I used Google Translate, if the translations are incorrect, please feel free to tell me. Seeing as Belgium hasn't been assigned a human name, I went with Clara. The title of this piece is transcribed from a quote by Aristotle; "What is a friend? A single soul, dwelling in two bodies."

Week 029: Free length // Midnight

After an admittedly long absence, the contest is back and swinging! erinilliana  has given me permission to run the weekly contest.

Remember that the prompt is released on Sundays, and closes at midnight on Fridays (or early Saturday morning, but as a good rule of thumb aim for Friday). And please include the tag for the week and type of fic :D Have fun!

>> This week's prompt is Midnight
>> The piece should be a free length (any word count).

Contest: Winners

And here are the lovely winners! Thank you all for putting up with my lack of organization through these two months, and thank you again for the participation.

That's not all! I did promise back in the informational post that everyone would get something. In the next entry that comes around there will be a gift for the participants as a whole: an entry banner, if you would. I've yet to make it, but it will come very soon. ♥

And with that the contest is officially over. The community will resume its weekly submissions come next Monday. eta; Though I would rather have avoided this, the weekly contest will be resumed sometime around May. There are a lot of tests and such to study for, for a lot of us (including myself), and so the community will be on a hiatus of sorts. Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for your understanding!

Contest: Extension (voting)

First of all, I'm terribly sorry for the lateness of this post. While I intended to make an entry on the appopriate date, the internet failed me and I was without for several days. I'll try to get this wrapped up as efficiently and quickly as possible; my apologies, yet again, and thank you very much for your understanding. ♥

In the meantime, voting has been extended to until Sunday, 28 March due to the lackage of them. Please vote, and this should be cleared by the end of the month!

Contest: Voting

The submission portion of the contest has officially ended. Below are the links to the drabbles and oneshots that were submitted. The voting system is the same as usual. Comment to this entry and vote for three: Your first pick will be given three points, the second two, and the third one. You are not allowed to vote for yourself. Your vote should be in this format:

1. Title of First Choice - 3 points
2. Title of Second Choice - 2 points
3. Title of Third Choice - 1 point

While you may vote for simply one category, it is preferable that you submit votes for both drabbles and oneshots!
